Restoring Structural Integrity with Hydraulic Pulling
Once the exact deviations are mapped, the vehicle is secured to our heavy-duty frame alignment machine. Using computer-controlled hydraulic pulling towers, we apply gradual, multi-directional force to pull the high-strength steel or aluminum back into its precise original alignment.
During the pulling process, the 3D laser scanner continuously monitors the frame in real time. We do not stop until every single point matches the manufacturer's original specification down to a fraction of a millimeter.
